TheEnglish press claim Chelsea and Liverpool have been eyeing Robinho Júnior. However, Inter Milan have taken the lead for the Santos youngster, according to sources close to the Brazilian club.

Son of former Manchester City player and Brazil international Robinho, the 17-year-old forward has become one of the brightest prospects at Santos this year.

He was promoted to the first team by manager Juan Pablo Vojvoda. His speed, flair, and technical quality have drawn increasing attention from Europe.

Brazilian journalist Lucas Musetti of UOL Esporte revealed Inter are ready to step up their pursuit. 

The Italian club will send scouts to watch him closely in the upcoming derby against Corinthians. Their aim is to gather more data before considering a bid.

Considering Liverpool and Chelsea have reportedly been following the teenager’s progress for a potential future move, they may need to act fast.

Robinho Júnior recently renewed his contract with Santos until December 2027. He has a release clause set at €100 million (£85.5m). The deal also includes an automatic two-year extension once he turns 18 in December.
