Ekitike has been brilliant for Liverpool, but speaking on The Weekend Wrap, Emmanuel Adebayor has shared an interesting theory about the Frenchman.

Indeed, according to Adebayor, Ekitike probably wouldn’t have signed for Liverpool if he knew Alexander Isak was set to follow him through the door at Anfield.

Adebayor spoke about Ekitike’s move to Liverpool.

The pundit was asked if he thinks Ekitike would have made this move to Merseyside if he knew Alexander Isak was also joining.

The former Arsenal star says Ekitike would never have signed for Liverpool if he knew Isak was also coming in, but now, he’s already there.
