Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea are interested in signing Ian Subiabre from River Plate. 

According to journalist Hernan Castillo, the two Premier League clubs are making constant enquiries for the 19-year-old wide player, and it remains to be seen whether they can get the deal done in the summer.

“River is going to have a strong market in the middle of the year. They will spend, but they will also bring in money because it is very difficult for them to keep Subiabre. Very difficult. He has too much interest already.

If Tottenham can sign him for a fee of around €14 million, it would represent a major bargain for them.
