Tottenham Hotspur have adopted a transfer policy where the Lilywhites strive to bring highly regarded young players to N17. This was a strategy highly backed by Daniel Levy in the couple of years before he called curtains to his time at Hotspur Way.

This policy has continued at Tottenham, and we could see that with the efforts that the Premier League heavyweights continue to put into scouting young talents from around the globe.

We have seen the Lilywhites tracking emerging South American talents and pushing for your guys’ European prospects of late.
