Manchester United‘s Marcus Rashford has been on loan at Barcelona since last summer and his future needs sorting. 

The La Liga winners have secured a €30m purchase option with the Red Devils. Last week, Sport Witness covered claims from Spain that this clause expired on March 31st.

However, Mundo Deportivo and others were quick to deny this and state the clause to buy the Manchester United man is valid until June.

The forward has scored 11 goals and contributed 13 assists from 41 matches so far for Barcelona.

His La Liga stats are as follows:

  • Goals: 5
  • Assists: 6
  • Big chances created: 6
  • Big chances missed: 9

Last weekend, the 28-year-old assisted in the Catalan club’s 2-1 league win over Atlético Madrid, and it was his first goal involvement since January.
