Tuur Rommens will be out for Rangers until the end of April, Danny Rohl has confirmed.

The German manager confirmed that an anonymous player was set to be out before the Scottish Premiership split, and it was later revealed to be the Belgian.

The 23-year-old has started his career brilliantly with the Ibrox side, making eight appearances in all competitions.

However, he is set to miss the clash with Falkirk on 12 April and the trip to Spain for a warm-weather training camp.

Rangers will miss Rommens while he is on the sidelines, and Ibrox News looks at his contract situation after the admission from Rohl.

Rommens has taken the starting job as Rangers’ left-back, with Jayden Meghoma having to settle for a place on the substitutes’ bench.
