Jónsdóttir frequently found her way past the Bay FC back line and took advantage of multiple chances on the counter-attack. She was named NWSL Player of the Week for her performance.Captain Sarah Gorden set the Angel City record for games played with her 73rd appearance. Gorden came on for fellow defender Savy King, who started and played over 80 minutes in her first appearance against her former team.
