The Premier League have faced backlash from supporters after sharing a video that openly ridicules Tottenham goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario. Spurs' woeful run persisted with a 2-1 loss to Fulham on Sunday - and their followers were far from pleased to witness the league's official account delivering further blows. Igor Tudor's team found themselves trailing 2-0 within 34 minutes at Craven Cottage thanks to strikes from Harry Wilson and Alex Iwobi. They clawed one back via Richarlison's second-half header but were unable to secure a leveller.

Their fourth consecutive Premier League defeat means they have now gone 10 league matches without victory and sit only four points clear of the drop zone. Tudor was incensed that a shove by Raul Jimenez on Radu Dragusin in the build-up to Wilson's opening goal went unpunished by the match officials - and supporters' frustrations intensified when they logged onto social media on Sunday evening.
