Former Premier League and England manager Sam Allardyce has delivered an exciting claim about Chelsea star Cole Palmer sealing a potential switch to Manchester United.

Palmer has emerged as one of the best attacking midfielders in the Premier League since joining Chelsea from Manchester City in 2023.

He scored an outstanding 22 goals and provided an additional 11 assists in his debut season at Stamford Bridge. He followed that up with 15 goals and nine assists in 37 top-flight games last term.

The England international has been plagued by injuries in the current campaign but he still boasts an impressive eight goals in 16 games.

A boyhood United fan, Palmer has never been too far away from rumours that he could be joining United. A report covered by The Peoples Person relayed that the Red Devils are eyeing a move for Palmer, although he himself later rubbished such suggestions.

However, a close friend of the Chelsea man recently set social media alight when he claimed that Palmer’s dream is to move to Old Trafford, noting that he would do everything to make it happen.
