Hull City’s Abu Kamara has been on loan at Getafe since the summer.

Marca have a report on the Hull City player, titled: ‘The curious case of Abu Kamara’.

Within the report, the newspaper explains his season so far with the La Liga side and his current situation.

The London born forward started his career at Norwich City’s academy but failed to cement a place in their senior team. The Canaries, after he had loan spell at Portsmouth, sold the forward to Hull City in July 2024.

Last season, he mainly operated on both wings and at times as a wing-back for the Tigers, scoring five goals and contributing three assists from 40 matches.

Kamara moved abroad for the first time in his career when the Championship side let him join Getafe. He made three appearances for Hull City before moving to Spain.

Kamara’s decision to join the La Liga side hasn’t worked.

The Hull City man has played 262 minutes from 10 matches, and it includes one league start. On December 14th, he came off the bench in Getafe’s 1-0 defeat to Espanyol and that was his last appearance.
