Liam Rosenior believes Joao Pedro can become "one of the best strikers in world football" if the Chelsea forward continues the trajectory he is on at the moment.

Since Rosenior was appointed Blues head coach on January 6, his side have won eight of their 11 matches in all competitions and nobody in a Chelsea shirt has scored more than the Brazil international in that time.

Joao Pedro has scored six goals and provided one assist - as well as winning three penalties - for Rosenior, with the £60million summer signing coming into his own after a mixed start to the campaign for Chelsea.

Rosenior has tipped the 24-year-old to become one of the best in the world in the No.9 role if he is able to continue the impressive work if he manages to maintain such a level.
