Those teams left in the mix for this year’s FA Cup have discovered their fate ahead of the fifth round – and there are plenty of intriguing ties to look forward to up and down the country.

The balls were plucked out ahead of this evening’s Macclesfield’s clash with Brentford, the last remaining fourth-round clash following an action-packed weekend in English football’s most famous competition.

Sixth-tier outfit Macclesfield produced one of the biggest-ever upsets to eliminate the holders, Palace, in the third round and will hope to join the likes of Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool in the last 16.

Pep Guardiola’s men are the bookmakers’ favourites to go all the way this year and will do battle with Newcastle in an all-Premier League affair after seeing off Salford City last time out.

Arsenal and Chelsea will face off against Mansfield and Wrexham respectively, while eight-time winners Liverpool are set to lock horns with Wolves in the next round.
