Arsenal are reportedly in a fierce battle to sign AFC Bournemouth forward Eli Junior Kroupi, as per TEAMtalk.
The Cherries signed the 19-year-old in the winter of last year, but he did not move to the Vitality Stadium until last summer. The youngster played as a rotational option during the first half of this season, but since Antoine Semenyo’s departure, he has been playing regularly in recent weeks.
He has already showcased his productivity this term, scoring eight goals in 11 Premier League starts. He has netted against Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, and Manchester United, meaning he has the qualities to step up in big matches.
Now, TEAMtalk claim that Kroupi’s recent impressive performances haven’t gone unnoticed as he has started attracting a lot of attention ahead of the summer window.
Arsenal are keen on him and have been monitoring his development closely before making a potential swoop. Apart from the Gunners, Newcastle United, Aston Villa, Man Utd, Spurs, Liverpool, Chelsea, and Manchester City are also plotting a swoop for him.
However, the report state that Paris Saint-Germain are the most interested in signing him and have been keeping a close eye on him since his time at Lorient.
