Former Manchester United chief scout Mick Brown told the outlet that Dibling is deeply frustrated. He is unhappy with his lack of game time under David Moyes.

Since the January transfer window closed, the manager has consistently ignored the winger. Instead, Moyes prefers newer signings like Tyrique George. Brown says Dibling is now seriously considering his options for the summer window. He wants to move before his career stalls further. Everton paid an initial £35 million to get him from Southampton. Even so, the board seems ready to let him go if the right offer comes in.
