According to a report in ESPN Brazil, Flamengo are plotting a summer move for Richarlison, who is Tottenham’s top scorer this season with eight strikes in 31 appearances.

The report says that former Chelsea defender Filipe Luis, who is currently the manager of Flamengo, is a big fan of the Spurs striker.
