Manchester United’s upcoming Barclays Women’s Super League trip to West Ham United has been given a new date.

The clash at the Chigwell Construction Stadium in Dagenham was due to take place on Sunday 15 March, the same date as the Subway Women’s League Cup final. As a result of United’s progress to the showpiece event, where we will face Chelsea at Bristol City’s Ashton Gate in a 14:15 GMT start, live on BBC One and Sky Sports, the West Ham game has been rearranged.

It will now take place three days later, on Wednesday 18 March. The 19:15 GMT kick-off will also be shown live on the BBC.

United’s schedule is now confirmed up to that mid-March date, with matches across four different competitions to come between now and then. The Reds travel to Leicester City in the WSL on Saturday, before our UEFA Champions League campaign resumes in midweek, with the first of two knockout play-off ties against Spanish side Atletico Madrid.
