Manchester United legend Gary Neville has detailed why Benjamin Sesko’s last-gasp winning goal vs. Fulham is more significant to the striker than the three points.

Michael Carrick made it three wins out of three as he masterminded a 3-2 victory over Fulham on Sunday.

United headed into the game full of confidence, having beaten Manchester City and Arsenal. They got off to a positive start as Casemiro broke the deadlock in the 19th minute. The Brazilian midfielder rose highest to head in a superb delivery from Bruno Fernandes.

It looked like the Red Devils were headed for a comfortable victory until Harry Maguire conceded a penalty. Raul Jimenez stepped up to take the spot-kick and made no mistake to reduce the deficit. Kevin made it 2-2 with a screamer to break the hearts of United supporters.

But it was Sesko who delivered the decisive blow. Coming off the bench, he burst into the area, controlled Fernandes’s delivery, pivoted, and fired an unstoppable shot past Leno.
