TRANMERE have confirmed the signing of former Everton midfielder Lewis Warrington on a two-and-a-half year contract.

Birkenhead-born Warrington, 23, was on loan at Rovers from Everton for the second half of the 2021/22 season and made 17 appearances.

He began his career at the Toffees from where he joined Fleetwood Town and Plymouth Argyle on loan after Rovers.
