NEWCASTLE United and Sunderland have both been handed away ties in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

Eddie Howe has become accustomed to tough cup draws during his time as Newcastle's head coach, and that trend continues, with the Magpies facing a trip to Premier League rivals Aston Villa.

Sunderland are also on the road, though they face a kinder game away to Championship strugglers Oxford United.

Newcastle also came through on spot-kicks after a 3-3 draw with Bournemouth.

All fourth round ties will be played around the weekend of Saturday, February 14.

That follows a midweek trip to Tottenham for Newcastle and Sunderland's home game against Liverpool.

Elsewhere in the FA Cup fourth round draw, giant killers Macclesfield Town were rewarded with another Premier League team after knocking out Crystal Palace. They'll host Brentford.
