Yoane Wissa went wild as Newcastle United pulled off a magnificent 4-3 win over Leeds United at St James' Park.

The result was the perfect tonic for hospital-stricken Kevin Keegan in a contest that would have warmed his heart after being diagnosed with cancer. On the field it was a case of warm hearts but ice cool finishing for the Magpies as they fought back three times after going behind.

Had the game ended 3-3 after Bruno Guimaraes' 91st minute penalty it would have been a rescue act for United after being second best for long periods against fearless Leeds. But once the game went level at 10 minutes of stoppage time was displayed, Newcastle got a taste for things in front of a bouncing St James'.

After the madness that unfolded in minute 102, the celebrations were raucous and the roof came off at the Leazes End. Harvey Barnes' shot and turn was the cue for a black and white explosion.
