Iliman Ndiaye IS in the squad for Senegal’s clash with Sudan.

The Everton winger was a doubt for the game due to concerns over a potential ankle injury suffered in his nation’s win over Benin in midweek.

The 25-year-old was withdrawn at half-time in that game and was set to have his ankle issue assessed the following day. He has since been given the green light to return and was named on the bench for the last 16 tie in Tangier, Morocco.

News of his inclusion will be a welcome boost to David Moyes. The Blues boss had his preparations for the trip to Nottingham Forest when he received news that Ndiaye may have picked up a knock on Tuesday.
