Arne Slot has saluted the “special” backing he received from the Anfield crowd as Liverpool arrested their Premier League slump. Mohamed Salah and Ryan Gravenberch scored in each half as the Reds ended a run of four successive top-flight losses with a 2-0 home win over Aston Villa on Saturday evening.
