Marti Cifuentes claims he’s angrier than every Leicester City fan after watching his team fail to deliver yet again in their 2-0 loss to Blackburn.

Cifuentes’ side suffered a third straight loss on Saturday afternoon that left City fans chanting “you’re not fit to wear the shirt” at the players.

But despite the consistent boos from the stands, the frustration of the supporters does not match that of Cifuentes, the Spaniard claimed.

He was upset at the level of the performance and encouraged his players to front up to the negative crowd reaction after the game, keeping them out on the pitch in the name of trying to build togetherness with the fanbase.

“It was a bad performance and far from the level I expect of the group,” he said. “It was disappointing.
