Ruben Amorim has admitted he might have won more games as Manchester United boss if he used a different formation.

The Red Devils manager issued a response to Sean Dyche's claim that he would have more success at Old Trafford with a 4-4-2.

Dyche made the bold statement back in May with Amorim's side languishing in 16th place.

He had been away from the dugout at the time following his sacking by Everton in January.

However, the pair will meet on the touchline on Saturday, with Dyche now in charge of Nottingham Forest.

Ahead of their clash at the City Ground, Amorim was asked about his opposite number's previous comments.
