Liverpool fans could be set for another sleepless night as the Reds will again kick off late in the Premier League.

Their match at home to Aston Villa was initially scheduled for 12:30pm GMT on November 1, but will now take place at 8pm.

That means supporters and neutrals will instead have to wait until 3pm for their weekend of football action to get started for the second week in a row.

Due to the 3pm blackout rule, none of those games will be televised in the UK, meaning Premier League fans will have to wait until 5:30pm to see a ball kicked.

Fans of the league had become accustomed to the early Saturday lunchtime start to proceedings, but for back-to-back weeks it’s not been on the docket, with Liverpool initially scheduled for both before being moved.
