Former Manchester United striker Louis Saha believes Benjamin Sesko is having more joy than Rasmus Hojlund because the Red Devils have adapted for him.

United secured Sesko from German Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig for a fee that could reach £73.7million. The Red Devils pipped Champions League contenders Newcastle United to Sesko's signature, with Arsenal also showing interest in the forward before choosing to sign Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting instead.

The 22-year-old striker had a sluggish beginning at Old Trafford, failing to find the net in his opening six outings under Ruben Amorim. However, the Slovenian opened his account against Brentford in September, before netting again seven days later versus Sunderland.

Sesko then registered his maiden assist for United during Saturday's 4-2 triumph over Brighton and Hove Albion. That victory against Fabian Hurzeler's side marked a third consecutive win for the Red Devils, who now occupy a European qualification spot after nine matches.
