Tottenham Hotspur centre-back Micky van de Ven has been linked with a move away from Hotspur Way off late. And given his latest antics against Everton, the clubs have started chasing his signature.

The 24-year-old Dutch defender signed for Tottenham from VfL Wolfsburg in 2023. And he has been a feature in the starting eleven at N17 since.

Given his rapid ability alongside physical attributes, he is a menace not only on the defensive side of things but also on the offensive side. We saw a glimpse of that at the weekend, where the Dutch sensation rose to two headers and ended the night with a brace, which helped the Lilywhites secure a historic win over Everton at their new stadium.

But his leap in form this season has caught the attention of other European elite clubs. And among them is Tottenham’s Premier League rival Liverpool, who are said to be looking at the 24-year-old and monitoring his progress closely, according to a recent report by Fichajes.
