Benjamin Sesko has revealed that his heart was always set on a move to Manchester United, despite interest from other Premier League clubs. The Slovenian international joined the Red Devils in a summer transfer window that saw them spend £200million on their forward line, including Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha.

Despite Newcastle making the first move for the former RB Leipzig star, it was United who secured his signature for £74million. Arsenal were also linked with the striker throughout the summer, but failed to reach an agreement, instead shifting their focus to Sporting CP's Viktor Gyokeres. For Sesko, the opportunity to help turn around United's fortunes was too good to pass up.

Despite a slow start, he has now scored two goals in his last two starts and is thrilled with his decision.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Sesko said: "It's not just mine, but probably for loads of football players, it's just a dream. Something that you want to achieve in your career, especially to play for a club like that.
