I have to admit, one of my guilty sporting pleasures is a bit of Formula 1. In fact, the current season has provided a welcome antidote to West Ham’s disastrous form over the past calendar year.

And for those who don’t know, Sky Sports co-commentator David Croft — better known as Crofty — is a big West Ham fan.
