Liverpool have been handed another injury blow after Jeremie Frimpong was forced off with a hamstring issue in the Reds' Champions League clash with Eintracht Frankfurt. The Netherlands international was replaced after just 19 minutes at Deutsche Bank Park.

The 24-year-old suffered the muscle issue after a sprint down the right-hand side in the 16th minute. Initially trying to play on, the full-back could be seen limping on the pitch before sitting down on the turf minutes later.
