Crystal Palace are reportedly set to cash in on Liverpool target Marc Guehi in the January transfer window, with Spanish heavyweights Barcelona and Real Madrid also keen on the defender.

It's suggested the Spanish titans could lure the England international into a move overseas. Last season's FA Cup winners will bid farewell to their skipper at the end of this campaign after the 25-year-old turned down a new deal at Selhurst Park.

Liverpool nearly signed him during the summer transfer window but the deal collapsed at the last minute as Palace couldn't secure a replacement. However, as per the i paper, Palace might try to pocket a fee for Guehi in the January transfer window, their last chance to recoup a fee after his near six years of service.

It's been mooted that Palace's strategy ahead of the upcoming transfer window is to avoid letting him go for nothing. Consequently, it's rumoured that European big guns are circling, including Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, not to mention Liverpool and their rivals Manchester City.
