Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo is leaving his agent Manuel Sierra.

Sources close to the Ecuador international also say he will not be represented by super agent Ali Barat of Epic Sports.

Sierra, of Football Division Worldwide, and Barat played a part in Caicedo's £115million transfer from Brighton in 2023.

Daily Mail Sport understands Sierra's contract with Caicedo ended on August 14. 

The 23-year old has given control to his family who have appointed a sports lawyer to look after his affairs going forward and he made a pointed remark in his now-deleted statement that he has 'appointed people that he can trust'.

Caicedo, who turned down Liverpool to join Chelsea, has established himself as one of the best performing midfielders in the Premier League this season.
