Ahead of our return to Emirates Stadium against Brighton & Hove Albion, the head coach knows our form hasn't been what's expected of us, but she says everyone has been working together to turn it around.

It has been a challenging few weeks for us as a group. We know we haven’t performed as we need to in the last four games. These aren’t the high standards that we hold ourselves to at Arsenal. Like you as supporters, we’re not happy with the way things have gone, but what matters is that we manage that frustration and channel it in the right way. We have such a strong foundation at the club, which informs our game and our culture off the pitch. It’s important that we stay grounded, and that isn’t just reserved for when things are going our way. It means never getting too high and never too low. Our focus stays in the present.
