Taty Castellanos was linked with a move to the Premier League in the summer. The striker stayed at Lazio but Nottingham Forest, Everton and West Ham can have a chance of signing him in January.

So far this season, the Argentine has two goals and three assists in Serie A.

He’s been a standout performer in what has been a frustrating season for Lazio, who are struggling financially. This can play a key role in Castellanos’ exit.

Il Messaggero, relayed by LaLazioSiamoNoi, claim the 27-year-old can leave in January.

Nottingham Forest, Everton and West Ham made enquiries for him in the summer. Burnley and Wolves also came forward. Real Betis and Villarreal asked for information.

Lazio closed down the possibility of an exit, after a transfer ban was imposed on them.

In January, Nottingham Forest, Everton and West Ham can land Castellanos for around €30-35m. Sarri, despite the forward’s impressive performances this season, will be happy to grant a sale.

The Italian side have already identified potential replacements. Only Castellanos’ sale will help them sign those players… because of their financial struggles.
